With an extensive distribution background in the financial services industry, Stacey’s mandate at Midwinter is to lead the sales team and propel business growth in the financial advice market. 

Prior to joining Midwinter, Stacey worked for investment management firm Challenger Limited as Account Manager, Business Development Manager, and most recently State Manager for NSW and ACT, and prior to that she worked for BT Financial Group in platform sales and distribution.

Prior to joining Midwinter, Andrew worked for a leading capital market technology solution provider and has held positions in both a licensee management and an advice practice consulting capacity. In these roles he helped hundreds of advice practices evolve their business model and value proposition.

Prior to that, Kimberley spent ten years working in financial services organisations and directly within financial planning practices. She has worked with varying businesses to shape and implement best practice process, tools, templates and technology and has expertise across project delivery, change and training.

Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.
